Manual Handling The more physical tasks around work sites, from vehicles, warehousing or site, require manual handling of tools, materials and other loads that can lead to uneven or prolonged loading on the musculoskeletal system. If poorly designed or undertaken with bad techniques, can lead to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) including Upper Limb Disorders (ULDs) or Repetitive Strain Injuries. A proactive Risk Management approach will include detailed assessment and relevant, practical training courses.
