We are looking to recruit a Human Factors consultant seeking to take more control of their work-life balance by joining one of the UK’s longest established independent Human Factors consultancies.  

In business since 1989 Hu-Tech is a successful Human Factors and Risk Management consultancy with a global client base. We assist clients in a wide range of sectors including the major hazards industries, energy, transportation and healthcare.  We have an extensive portfolio of high-profile and cutting-edge projects and assignments from around the world. We also provide Expert Witness services.

We are looking for candidates at Senior and Principal levels to support our work. Whilst experience in the Oil and Gas sector and/or ergonomics Expert Witness work would be an advantage, you will receive training, ongoing support and mentoring from some of the most experienced practitioners in the field. We are a close-knit, supportive, team of HF specialists and regularly run team development and social events. 

We offer flexible working arrangements with a home-office base, and hours managed to suit individual needs. Some travel to client’s sites may be required and there may also be opportunities for overseas travel when we are able to do so safely.

You will ideally be a Chartered Member of CIEHF or a Registered Member with eligibility for Chartered status, which we will help you to maintain with many opportunities for CPD.
