HUMAN FACTORS
The discipline of Human Factors considers the interaction of humans with the elements of work systems. It considers the environmental, organisational and job factors, and human characteristics which influence human behaviour and performance at work.
Structured Human Factors methods can be used to enhance system performance and safety by increasing the usability of interfaces, enhancing the reliability of procedures, making communications more effective and reducing the impact of human error in complex tasks. Hu-Tech have extensive experience in applying these methods in a broad range of sectors, as primary contractors and as SME contributors to larger award contracts.
