The National Quality Board produced a Concordat calling for Human Factors to be widely applied through all areas of the NHS and Social Care Services. We are already helping a number of trusts and NHS Special Health Authorities respond to that call, bringing new ways of analysing their systems, evaluating risks and managing the barriers to error and escalation of threats.

Our experience in tackling complex systems throughout high hazard industries to reduce harm and improve performance, gives us an excellent approach and tools that have widespread application for cost savings and Patient Safety in the Health Services in general and NHS in particular.
